old card on my account expired and they tell me to use the new card they have to charge $1.95, then i wait til it shows up on the statement, then enter the code that shows up with it on the statement, THEN i can use the card
payment through amazon

Shit that sucks brew regarding the PayPal charge, but that's how they deal with fraud to make sure you actually own the card. You must have triggered from fraud protection thingy. I couldn't even imagine dealing with fraud on that scale. I think they're not actually allowed to do that with bank accounts though since they deposit a few cents to verify your account

well it's probably my fault for only having a credit card...i was broke for a long time and they automatically closed my checking account lolol
