They're your kids, but still. Sort of in an ethical gray area.

I fucking hate a society that tells parents how to raise their kids, but a trans-oceanic journey is kind of a statistical outlier. Not really something that societal norms considers.

It's tragic that the child is sick, but this is essentially faceman's own fault, or at the very least, he is the only one responsible for making the decision in the first place. "Fault" has too many connotations.
